We provide 3CX support to both existing customers and users of 3CX who are not our customers.  Please see the options below.
  • Existing Customers – If you are having a service related issue or think that your server or instance is causing call quality issues or suspect connectivity issues on our side, please click here and log in and open a support ticket.  This is the fastest way to get support.  One of our Support Engineers will reply to your ticket ASAP.
  • Those who are not current Customers – Please complete the form here and and we will reply to you ASAP.  We offer time-based support.  Please know that certain things are out of our control, and are not things we can resolve.  Connectivity issues, routing issues, Internet circuit latency problems, most firewall issues & telephony provider issues are among the short list of things where we we have a very limited ability to provide resolution.
We take a straight-forward, common sense approach to resolving issues.  We will work with you and methodically go through proven steps to diagnose issues, etc.  Our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible!
